Bathrooms: Ensuite bathroom to bedroom 1 with bath, walk in shower, vanity unit and seperate WC. Ensuite bathroom to bedroom 2 with bath/shower, WC. and vanity unit. Bathroom with bath/shower, vanity unit and WC.
Kitchen: Fully fitted with Cooker, Fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave.
Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms: Double sofa bed in living room, open plan dining room and family room with TV, DVD and games console, And view of pool area.
Other: Large double garage.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: A double set of towels and linen is included and all changed at the start of each stay. Maid service is available on request at a charge.
Alarms are fitted on the pool doors for child safety. All areas of the house also have air-conditioning. Pool area is covered with a full screen for bug protection.
Wheelchair friendly
This accomodation is not fully equipped for disability access but the walk in shower and one floor level and wide doorways make it suitable for most circumstances.
Outside
Covered patio and open areas with patio furniture. 28ft by 14ft private pool for use of the household only. Heating is available during the winter months at a charge.
