A lovely apartment enjoying wonderful panoramic views of the lake, taking advantage of its raised position on the hillside but only 250m from the waters edge.

The apartment is on the famous Greenway del Lago di Como, which is a a lovely footpath which takes you through villages such as Colonno, Sala Comancina, Ossuccio, Lenno, Mezzegra and Tremezzo where you can visit some of the well known Villas, such as Villa Balbianello and Villa Carlotta close by.

The apartment is on the ground floor and offers three bedrooms - two with king size beds and the third with a large single bed which could sleep either one adult or two children, a bathroom, full kitchen, dining room with a very good views of the lake and a living area with a fireplace. It also has a small balcony where you can dine Al Fresco or just sit and admire the views of Lake Como.

The town of Colonno is in the area known as Tremezzina (a union of the towns Colonno, Ossuccio, Lenno, Tremezzo und Griante) and extends over the west shore of Lake Como, directly opposite from Bellagio.

„A popular place to visit, close by in Tremezzo is Villa Carlotta, internationally renowned for its magnificent gardens, a masterpiece of architecture and botany, where fragrant azaleas, thriving rhododendrons, lemon trees, banana plants, bamboo, coffee and tea plants compete with each other for the visitors attention. Each room in the villa has is its own special piece of antiquity, which include works of art by Canova and Hayez.
