A beautiful apartment in a historical building built in the 1700s with some lake views, located in the center of Lenno, one of the nicest towns of the central lake area.

The property has been renovated and is well furnished with one bedroom, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with terrace and two bathrooms. In a beautiful location and very comfortable (the lake is 3 minutes away by foot, catch a boat and visit the famous Villa Balbianello). Parking is in a small side road very close to the apartment.

Lenno is the oldest village on Lake Como and gets its name from the Greek Island of Lemnos, where the first inhabitants came from to populate this area.

It is a 35 min. (25km) drive from the city of Como with its classy shops, boutiques and the famous street market, or a short trip in the hydrofoil, which stops regularly in the harbour of Lenno. A short 5 min. walk from the apartment will take you to the lake promenade with its bars, restaurants, the famous Lido di Lenno offering a lovely sandy beach, another small shingle beach as well as; a bar, disco and restaurant. You can also catch the passenger ferry to lakeside towns all over the lake, hire boats for the day from the bay of Lenno or catch the water taxi to Villa Balbianello (an alternative to walking to the famous Villa). To the back of the village, various foot paths will bring you past olive growth, a famous monastery and pilgrims path into the mountains, with some stunning views of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
