| A very luxurious property built in the 1650, completely refurbished to a high standard, located on an elevated position overlooking the most beautiful part of Lake Como and the lovely town of Mezzegra. The property boasts a shared indoor swimming pool and sauna (only open in winter) and shared outdoor swimming pool and tennis court. It has an elegant small private garden area with table and chairs that overlooks a grand vista of the lake overlooking the bay in Lenno, Villa Balbianello and the enchanting gardens of Villa Melzi. The house is layed out over three floors. On the ground floor there is a large, comfortable living room, a kitchen with dining room, a double bedroom with private bathroom (with Jacuzzi) and a single bedroom plus a second bathroom with shower - all the rooms on this floor have lake views. On the second floor (below the ground floor, reached by interior stairs built in the XVII century), there is a twin bedded room, a bathroom with shower and a small storage room. All 3 bathrooms are superbly decorated with marble tops and floors. From this floor you go down a steep flight of stone steps to a huge studio with a king size bed, a sofa bed and a wood-burning stove. From this lower level, you are able to go out into the gardens and onto the outdoor pool and tennis court.
